Novalis Hotel has a large modern meeting room to accommodate your seminars. We provide all types of services and our meeting room can accommodate up to 100 people. For your meetings there, we provide you with all the equipment that is essential for the organization and animation of your company meetings, conferences…

We also make our meeting room available to groups and associations to organize more festive events such as the “Galette des Rois” (Twelfth Night Pastry), cocktails, departure parties, birthdays or even Candlemas. Our Catering department can provide you with the elements you need to enhance your event.

For your business stays or for companies wishing to organise an event for their staff, we provide 2 rooms of 55m2 with the possibility of modulating into an 110m2 room. There is a capacity of 20 to 80 people. We provide you with screens, a WiFi printer (colour and B&W), sound system and a video projector to animate your meetings and events.

• Lunch: a 3-course menu / drinks included (aperitif, 1/4 mineral water, 1/4 wine, coffee)

For your information, the cost of renting a seminar room for one day is 138 € / for half a day 69€.
