The Regional restaurant of the Hotel Novalis

L’Atelier H in Quimperlé is open from Monday to Friday evening and offers you a completely homemade cuisine based on fresh, unassembled and generous products. The chef and his team prepare their specialities for you at lunch and dinner, à la Carte or menus.
On reservation, you can also enjoy our restaurant on Saturday or Sunday.
Every day we propose a Daily Menu with a starter, main course and dessert, presented on our slate, with a choice of meat or fish.
We prefer fresh, high-quality products. The fish comes from the inshore fishery every day and varies according to the arrivals.
We have the Tourism Quality Label proof of our commitment to quality service.

Breakfast service

Our breakfasts are very well prepared with a wide choice of pastries and breads, including a delicious Laïta traditional baguette made by our baker. You will also enjoy the many varieties of jams and spreads, as well as fruits, yoghurts and cereals. Breakfast is served from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. on weekdays, and from 8 a.m. to 10.30 a.m. on weekends.
